1. International Sales & Marketing Manager (Musical Instrument Market)
You are familiar with contemporary digital audio production tools and techniques and have exceptionally good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You are passionate about audio, you have a creative mindset and you are "driven". Ideally you have been working in sales or marketing before. You will work with our sales team and sales channels to communicate innovative audio products to the market, and drive sales and marketing activities as well as research within our network of international distributors. This is a top job and we expect a lot, but it will be rewarding and fun.
Requirements:
• Must possess excellent communication skills (written and
verbal) in English.
• Must be confident while speaking about the latest
technology in the
Music Industry with people that share common passion.
• Talent for Sales and Marketing.
2. Software Development C/C++ under Windows/Linux/OSX
You have at least 5 years of job experience and you are currently working in a project lead or team lead position. You are a master in software engineering and you know what good architecture and design means. You love challenges and you like to work closely with other people. Your management skills make you a smooth coordinator, matching work packages with skill sets in your group and the project requirements. Very good English and clear, structured communication are some of your core strengths. You are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues.
Skills required:
• 5+ years job experience
• 2+ years in lead position
• Strong skills in C, C++ and OOP design
• Excellent English communication
• Team management capabilities
Ideally you also have certain knowledge in one or more of the
following fields (not mandatory):

Our software development is mostly into modular and networked media management and control software, as it is required for use in recording studios, broadcast stations, live sound and audio installations at large venues. 3. Embedded Software Development
C/C++/Assembler
You have at least 5 years of job experience and you are
currently working in a project lead, tech lead or team lead
position. You are a master in software engineering and you know

you like to work closely with other people. Very good English

strengths. You are focused and organized and expect the same
from your colleagues.

Our embedded software designs expose the power of audio DSP to the user and to other systems in the network. 4. Senior Hardware Engineer (analog/digital)
You have at least 3 years of job experience in a hardware engineering position with exposure to high speed digital designs, utilizing 8bit and 32bit microprocessors and/or DSP and AD/DA components. You have a deep understanding about the fundamentals of electronics and you are familiar with interfaces such as SPI, UART, I2S, TDM and common memory interfaces. You have been working on architectures, part selection, timing diagrams, simulation and schematic entry. Ideally, you have also been exposed to PCB layout works and industrialization considerations. Your English is good or better, and your communication skills are up to the mark required in your field. You are focused and organized and expect the same from your colleagues. Ideally, you have a special motivation and attachment to work on digital audio products, as we have, because the best job is always the job you love to do.
Skills required:
• 3+ years job experience
• thorough understanding of electronic fundamentals
• experience in high speed designs
• exposure to contemporary 32bit and/or DSP architectures
• part research and schematic entry experience
• “do it right the first time” mentality

Ideally you also have certain knowledge in one or more of the following fields (not mandatory):
• Analog Devices SHARC designs
• audio AD/DA experience
• power supply and clocking expertise
• PCB layout skills
• exposure to industrialization / production interfacing
Our hardware designs follow German standards, which means that “good enough” is rarely good enough. Being a hardware engineer with inDSP requires holistic approaches and rewards exposure to working with our international network of engineers, suppliers and production companies. 5. Graphics/Website/Flash Designer
A minimum of 2 years job experience and a keen sensibility for designing software for Audio Applications we are seeking young, talented and motivated Graphics designers.
Skills Required:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the
creative designing
• Proficient in Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop & Corel Draw
• Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously
All Candidates must provide a portfolio or links to their past work as well as a short description of role in the artwork/design. We will prefer candidates with a background in audio production and/or GUI development.
